Very good machine for very attractive priceReview by Donatas

The stringing machine quality is superb, basically all the parts are metal, very sturdy and operation is smooth. This machine is everything you can ask for: 6 point mounting system, diamond dusted automatic clamps, infinite engagement drop weight action and it can be upgraded with automatic tension head if you ever need it. Being a drop weight machine it will tension the same every time (if you use it properly) and you can use it anywhere as you don't need electricity or anything plus you get a constant pull action. The only two minor tweaks I made was:
1. attaching rubber pads on its legs (as they are plastic and a bit slippery)
2. modified ratchet lever position (basically released tension on the ratchet lever spring) so now it is not engaged all the time it just floats below and only engages when I press it up with my hand. So I changed the action a little bit and now i only use it while moving the the drop weight up under tension. This makes the machine operation very silent and it is way easier to release the string only by moving the weight up with one hand.
Highly recommended this machine.

This is my first stringing machine so I cannot compare to others. However, after owning this machine for 6 months I can say that his meets all of my stringing needs. I string 2/3 rackets per week for my club and have increased my string time from 2hrs to 1. After getting better technique and familiar with the machine I can highly recommend this as anyone starting off. Clamps, pliers mounting frame are all excellent. Im also happy that I can add an electronic tension head at a later stage for a reasonable price.

Es gibt keinen Grund eine teurereMaschine eines Premium- Herstellers zu kaufen, wenn du einmal mit dieser gearbeitet hast. Perfekte Haltezangen und Schlägeraufnahme machen richtig Spaß!
Auch die Hebelarmtechnik hat mich überzeugt.
Für mich gibt es hier keine bessere ❗️

Nach 13 Jahren Tennispause habe ich nach einer guten und günstigen Bespannungsmaschine gesucht. Gute gebrauchte Maschinen werden mit rund € 300,- gehandelt, dann ist aber der Zustand der Zangen ungewiss und der Versand meist teuer. Die Hornet tut, was sie soll, und muss vor allem nicht gewartet/justiert werden, denn der Hebeleffekt bleibt immer gleich. Natürlich sind elektrische Modelle komfortabler, aber 55 Minuten pro Schläger (4 Knoten Methode) sind für mich völlig ok, zumal der E-Motor nachrüstbar wäre. Wer viel spielt, sollte selbst bespannen, und da ist die Hornet DIE klare Empfehlung.
